What’s the Hype About Skype?

Wednesday, August 2nd, 2017 @ Bronxville Career Network

Presentation by Pierre Darmon, Ph.D.

Join us for a compelling and entertaining evening!  Get prepared for those Skype job interviews, communicate with family and friends abroad, or just learn for fun. We will be talking about the history of Skype, the platforms it runs on, and its features. We will also review some of its settings (some need to be considered for usability while others affect security). You will learn all you can about Skype, as well as share your experiences with others. Of course, Skype is all about chats, audio calls, video calls, group calls, screen sharing, and then some.
We will even demonstrate it live!

DATE: Wednesday, August 2nd, 2017
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
PLACE: The Reformed Church of Bronxville
The Edwards Room
180 Pondfield Road (corner of Midland Ave.)
